Two Peas in the Pod

We set up Everett's crib in Ethan's room a few days ago, and ever since, Ethan has been asking when Everett will be old enough to sleep in his room all night. We have been napping him in his crib during the day, but since Ethan isn't really napping anymore, they don't nap together.

Tonight it worked out that Everett was ready to lay down for a nap right around the time that Ethan was getting ready to go to bed. Ethan was so excited that he was going to be able to sleep in the same room with his baby brother, that he flew through our bedtime routine and was in bed before 7:30PM.

It melted my heart to see the huge smile on his face as I kissed him goodnight. He was so excited! I went to check on them after about 10 minutes and they both were sound asleep in their beds.
