After hiking, we headed over to the
Witte Museum to check out their exhibits and see what they had to offer for fun things to do. We were able to get in for free, since it is on our reciprocal pass for our local science center.
The exhibits were good, the kids enjoyed them, and the building itself was pretty impressive.

After exploring the Science Treehouse, we walked over to another building on the property, the
South Texas Heritage Center to see what it had to offer.

| This guy was very cool to watch. He even responded to us when we spoke. |

| Very creepy! He looked very real! He said "Welcome" then told us a little about the Texas Heritage. |
